Husband, father, mentor and award-winning community advocate. He worked for Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority, as a public servant, for over 15 years. Willie has a passion for encouraging youth and families. His passion for Christ and unashamed commitment to family is recognized by all who know him.

He enjoys working together with his wife to bring the power of the Gospel to the needs of blended families. He is excited about the practical application of strategies designed to strengthen marriages while inspiring families.

Rachel G. Scott, Founder

Wife, mother, mentor, author and teacher. She is a graduate of Kansas State University and The University of Mary. She has written an e-Booklet titled, “7 Ways to Deal with Conflict in Co-Parenting.”

Rachel is deeply devoted to serving God and raising her children in a godly home where they experience authenticity and embrace their imperfections. She is dedicated to encouraging blended families and working alongside her husband to accomplish this goal.

Vince and Jennifer Underwood, Adoption Division

Vince and Jennifer have a total of 8 children. A 10 year old daughter from Vince’s first marriage with whom they share custody, a 7 year old adopted son and two additional children together a 2 year old son and an infant daughter. They also have four beautiful angels in heaven.

Vince and Jennifer are passionate about loving others exactly where they are in their lives. They strive to share God’s love and share their experiences in the most authentic way possible. Their family motto is, “we are all ‘beautifully broken’” They are excited about sharing with other blended families all the ways that the Lord has transformed their brokenness.

Jesus Cordero, Graphic Design and Branding

Jesus Cordero was born in Maracaibo – Venezuela. He graduated as Graphic Designer and Art Director in 2001. His designer career (spanning more than 15 years) has provided Jesus with the opportunity of working with several high profile companies and clients around the world.
